NELBA NOTES

NELBA publishes a professionally produced newsletter six times per year. This newsletter is distributed to all NELBA members, prospective members, community leaders and other organizations. With a mailing list of over 600 individuals and organizations, the readership of NOTES is well over 1000. Additionally, NOTES can be downloaded in its entirety from the NELBA web site. Ads are offered in a variety of sizes. NELBA Website Banner Ads

NELBA’s web site is a comprehensive source for information. Run a Web banner on NELBA’s website! Over 42,000 hits per month! $100-$250 a year gets you on there, with free click-through to your website. Six stationery banner ads are prominently place on each page.  Quarterly rates are available for every budget. Rotating banner ads also available for only $100 per year! One-year banner ad advertisers have the first right of refusal for the next year. Banner advertisers can log into stats of number of banner viewings and clicks the banner ad has sent to their web site. Tote Bag Sponsor

Get Up close with new members! Each new NELBA member receives a NELBA Tote Bag full of member 'freebies' and special offers. We'll announce when it's time to order new Tote Bags. Your can be one of the featured advertisers! The cost to be one of the four silkscreened logo sponsors is only $100. Monthly Program Sponsor

Interested in making 40 face-to-face sales calls in an hour? You are? Then consider sponsoring a NELBA program meeting. For $100, you get a 5 minute “commercial’ about your business, presentation of your company marketing materials and the opportunity to promote a special NELBA “deal.” Want a more casual audience? Promote your business at NELBA’s monthly Networking Social- every 2nd Tuesday of the month.  Only $50 for your exclusive marketing opportunity. Feature your product with a table display! Outdoor Banners

These highly visible mini “billboards” are recognized throughout North East Louisville. The sponsoring company's logo is displayed on its 30” x 12” panel alongside NELBA’s logo on these 30” x 60” sections. Banners are made of durable weatherproof canvas, with white lettering on a green background.

$425 first year
Renewals: $100 for one; $150 for two banners.

NELBA Membership Directory

The NELBA Membership Business Directory is a much-used reference for NELBA members and the community we serve. With listings by category, business name and member name, information is easily accessible. We are able to offer advertising at low rates because we publish the directory through a low cost local vendor. Once again, the directory will be professionally designed and printed.

The 2010 Directory offers a new feature: a coupon section. Retail businesses, restaurants and virtually any company can attract new customers and increase loyalty by offering discounts and special offers.  2000 directories will be distributed.  NELBA members can request additional copies of the directory for their customers.

The deadline for space reservations is December 1, 2009.  Camera ready art in digital file form is due by January 3, 2010. Covers are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact info@nelba.com for information on advertising in the new directory!

Open Houses

Ready to show off your Company?  NELBA is now accepting reservations for monthly “open houses”. Businesses have expressed an interest in featuring their facility, product or service in return for offering light refreshments and the social enjoyment it brings to the occasion. The benefit to the host is potential future customer connections. The open house is time-limited and allows for staggered work ending times. Email Lisa Montgomery lisadm.4@juno.com, if you wish to schedule an open house for your business. You plan it- we’ll publicize it!  We anticipate one per month. It’s a great way to network!!

NELBA’s V-Mag Directory is Open to the Public

NELBA has contracted with Proforma Rich Solutions to feature our NELBA members in a virtual magazine- just like flipping through mini yellow pages of businesses by category or alphabetically ordered.  Advertisements come to life for those who choose to “animate” their ads- switch out the ad several times a year, if you want to feature a special holiday promotion or other special event. Please note that NELBA carefully researched opening our directory to the public before we presented this exciting feature- for your protection, this V-Mag flash display feature provides special protection from any email harvesting programs. Enjoy displaying your business listing FREE with your membership.  For a small fee, hotlink your email address or website, so that potential customers can connect directly to you!
